Reach Out & Run Pledge Form
Thank you for joining us for the Annual Reach Out and & Run 5K Run/Walk to help those in need in our community. All proceeds benefit the Society of St. Vincent de Paul which provides temporary assistance to individuals and families in our community who need help with housing, utilities, food, or other basic necessities. Many of our clients are in need due to loss of employment, health issues, or other emergency situations.
This sponsor form will help you keep track of donors who pledge to support you/your team in your run. If donations are made by cash and the donor would like a record of his or her cash donation, please use the pre-printed receipt provided with this packet. Recipients will not be given a tax receipt on the day of the event.
How to turn in pledges
Cash and check pledges should be turned in on the day of the run in order to be counted towards your overall fundraising goal. To help expedite the registration process please place all cash and checks in a standard letter sized envelope with your name; total cash; total checks; and total enclosed amount written clearly on the front.
