St. Vincent de Paul |
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is an organization that provides temporary assistance to individuals and families in need. Our organization meets personally with those who request our assistance in order to assess the need. Many of our clients are in need due to loss of employment, health issues, or other emergency situations. We are able to provide temporary assistance by paying rent/mortgage or utilities for these families. Our local organizations, which operate out of St. Gilbert and St. Paul the Apostle parishes, provide assistance without regard to religious affiliation. Additionally, there are no paid positions in our local organizations; all members are volunteers.
